Mini 23 z

The Mini 23 manipulator is based on the technology of the Mini 25 manipulator. In doing so and by using larger leads it was possible to create a greater stiffness. The Mini 23 manipulator is used with all units that have a bath chamber as well as a platform for our 4-axes manipulator series. Regarding the latter the Mini 23 X and Z are additionally use to the Mini XY. The Mini Unit Compact is also made-up of the Mini 23 axes.
